Refund policy
In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, our team will promptly assess the situation. If the issue is verified, we will either arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference. Please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work closely with you to resolve any problems with your order. For such issues, please contact us at sales@hbbc.co.nz within three days of receiving your package and provide relevant details, including photographs if applicable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

All of our products are stored chilled on site, once your package has been dispatched, the care of the product is outside of our control. Storing our products at ambient temperatures for sustained periods will be to the detriment of the product's quality.

Beer/Cider/RTD’s – Due to the type of our products (consumable). We cannot accept returns or exchanges on purchased beer unless damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect item.

Merchandise – We have a 7-day exchange policy for all merchandise items. All items must be returned in original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect item.

*No refunds or exchanges are accepted for change of mind on beer or merchandise
*No refunds are accepted on sale items or gift cards

Refunds
We will notify you once an inspection is completed on any returned goods. We will inform you promptly whether your refund request is approved or not. If your refund is approved, the refunded amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

In case you haven't received the refund after 20 working days from the date of our written confirmation, please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@hbbc.co.nz. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will promptly investigate the matter to resolve any issues.
